Terms and conditions

1. Seller

2. Account

You must be 16 or older to create an account. One account is for one person. You can delete your account at any time. This also ends your access to the packs you bought.

3. Buying

Prices are in forints and include VAT. Link (Sold through Link, LLC), Stripe's reseller, takes the payment and sends the receipt. Link's buyer terms also apply to the payment: link.com/terms. Buyers under 18 need a parent's consent.

On the pack's page, you tick the box under "Buy the pack" and press the button. On Stripe's payment page, you can check and correct your details before you pay. The contract is made in Hungarian or English. We don't file it. The confirmation email records it.

4. Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Before you buy, you expressly ask for access to start at once. You accept that you lose the right to withdraw when it starts, under Section 29(1)(m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). We confirm this by email.

5. Access and faulty content

A pack you buy stays available for as long as SimplySlaps runs. If we retire a pack or the service ends, we email you 30 days before. You then also get the pack as a PDF. If a video disappears from YouTube, we replace it or the lesson skips it. You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser.

If a pack doesn't match its description, you have the rights under Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.).

6. Complaints

Send complaints to [email protected]. We answer in writing within 30 days.

For consumer protection matters, you can turn to the county government office, in Budapest the Budapest Government Office.

7. Liability

We are liable as the law requires. We aren't liable for YouTube outages, or for faults in your device or internet connection.

8. Changes and governing law

We post changes on this page with the date. A pack you bought keeps the terms it was bought under if the new terms are worse for you.

Hungarian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
